How do I change Window managers??

Hi, I just got my machine upgraded to redhat 6.0 through chip, it came with
different Wmanagers GNOME,enlight,kde,WM etc, startx directly takes to the
GNOME or  enlightenment , I dont know?  IS BOTH SAME? How do i change this
window managers, I tried creatin/editing .xinitrc no use, WM changer
provided is not workin properly ,  anyone help me
