You need to use a SMTP-ccMail gateway. MBLink is a good
lightweight choice and can run on an old MSDOS machine too.

I have no idea about it's availability , but you can search
the web. You need to purchase ccimport and ccexport from
Lotus separately, if I remember right. Try www.fhs1.com for info.
