Re: 486 with a large HDD



Hi  ramas,
           I  can  help  u  only  partially .  Try  setting  ur BIOS 
 to   "auto"  and  see  if  it  works.  Btw ,  if  you  have  your  
 Seagate  installation  manual it  will  have  the  exact  values of
 the  parameters  and  mode  to  be  used .  Anyway  auto  mode  should
 work  hopefully.

 Hope  this  helps.  Let  me  know  the  outcome.
