First of all, you have to make an image of the files you want to put
on cd. For that use either mkisofs or mkhybrid. The latter has the
advantage of creating file system with joliet extensions (useful to
read the cd's on Win95). Then use cdrecord to do the actual burning.
If the command-line is a turn-off for you, try xcdroast. Or, you can
cdrtoaster, which is Tcl/tk fronend for cdrecord (even xcdroast is).
The cdrtoaster is very small (about 16kB) and looked good. I
personally am happy with mkhybrid and cdrecord.
