Check in sunsite.unc.edu/metalab.unc.edu, it is there somewhere in LDP
directory , Well its not exactly an internals manual but its got a great
info on linux kernel , its really worth , search for  name tlk-0.8-3, it is
available in PS or pdf format  try there, if u dont get it, i will  send it
to u.
