You can use the Cirrus logic 5340
It is autodetected and completely configured by red hat linux during
installation itself.
Also, it is quite easily available in India.

The Cirrus Logic cards are completely obsolete now - they are probably the
slowest cards in the market, and unless you have a really compelling reason,
you should not  use them.

Stick to accelerated cards like the cheap Matrox G100 or the S3 Virge/DX if
money is your concern, or spend some money on a good card like the Matrox
G200.
