Hi Anil,

Add these following lines to "/etc/conf.modules" file

alias eth0 ne
options ne io=0x240

(Assuming that your card's I/O address is 240H)

Next time you restart the machine, it'll probe for the NE2000 compatible
card at that I/O address.
