Microsoft points its Big Guns on Linux!

1. M$ appoints 10 employees to counter threat of growing linux. These
marketing experts may do negative campaign against using linux.

M$ already dropped a bomb-shell by doing a demo of Web-server using NT
and
badly tuned/untuned linux. M$ twisted the results such that NT was
little faster than linux.
But in reality moderately tuned linux out performs NT. More bomb-shells
may follow!!

This is clear "WAR"/ "Aggresion"/"Mis-chief" on linux.

M$ also hired expert programmers to put in stray code into linux
- -kernel which will delay
the release of Linux versions and also can cause some problems.

Hackers now take refuge in "safe haven" in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh,
China and Sri Lanka, Malaysia!
Hackers are sitting on "opposition" benches and the ruling party is M$
- - It is real politics!

2. Hackers are very angry - they are defenseless and want to declare a
war on M$.
To counter heavy shelling from M$ you need a 10,000 strong
"linux-army".
You can build a very good linux-army in south-asian countries like
India, China, Pakistan,
Bangladesh, Sri-Lanka, Malaysia, Japan because USA is completely
under the control of M$ and is a
   difficult place for linux.
The objective is to 'shield linux' against heavy bomb-shelling from
M$.

   If M$ drops a bomb-shell than hackers will also drop a bomb-shell
untill a cease-fire and
  a peace deal is struck.

3. M$ using marketing muscle power to run-over on linux. M$ has over
90% share
on desktop. M$ already squashed IBM OS/2, Netscape Navigator, Novell
Dr. DOS...
M$ tries to be monopolistic in server OS and desktop OS.

4. It was Tom and Jerry Show - intense fighting and battle between M$
and Netscape took place
    in USA.
Netscape was made almost bankrupt and ran and took shelter under
AOL.
M$ cut-off the revenue inflow to Netscape by giving away free
Internet Explorer and by
pre-installing IE and bundling with its OS.

5. A group of linux-users go to M$ to get refund for Win95 which they
do not use.
Linux-users complained 'It is very difficult to buy a PC without M$
pre-installed
on it". But about 300 linux-users returned empty-handed as M$ says
"You should
get refund from your PC OEM". But OEM's say they had already paid
money to M$ and
so get it from M$. It is running from pillar to post (catch 22
situation).

6. Hackers want M$ to "grow-up", "be-sensible" and to work on linux -
contribute it's
expertise and even market linux May be release "MS Linux"
distribution just
as IBM is going to release "IBM linux" distribution very soon.
Healthy competition is good for industry.

7. M$ is hiding the source-code of Windows95/NT and is keeping it as a
"TOP SECRET"!!
M$ zealously gaurds the source code.
It is impossible for users of Windows95/NT take a look at the source
code of kernel.
Users would sometime like to see the kernel code to add new-feature
etc...
It is impossible for the users to know how the system
is working if source code is NOT available to them!

8. M$ wants to contol 95% of OS share come whatever may and does not
want to
   compete with others!!

9. Bottomline is - $$$$$$$s for M$. Experts say M$ will lose money if
LINUX user base
increases. But problem is - hackers are not interested in $$$$$s
they just want to
write code and for academic interest or even may be for hobby.

But see, when someone is losing and somebody else is gaining!! There
is a balance
sheet in this game!! Smarter person will gain and less smart person
will lose money
 in the game.
