Try use fetchmail with -u 

ie fetchmail -u mysxrd@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx <SMTP SERVER>

here point of interest is giasbg01 is not SMTP server it is only alias.
You should exact SMTP address ( if iam correct).

You can check SMTP for giasbg01 by using nslookup.

Check man on nslookup for more.
