there is a rtf to LaTeX translator available written by Daniel Topin
which can be obtained by ftp from:
ftp.lps.u-psud.fr/pub/ltx2rtf/ltx2rtf.zip
i have not tried its efficiency, but considered to be best the among the
software that do rtf to TeX.
