useradm

When I was installing kde1.1 from apr 99 Cd, i was getting error msg
that one rpm ... useradm ... is unable to read. After installation i
didn't see user administration menu in kde though i saw screen shot in
march PCQ. How can I get it. Can anybody sent it to me in private mail.
