Wanted Immediately a CTO/CIO for a 3 shift Call Centre
in Delhi.

8-10 yrs of experience in handling LAN / WAN with high
end telecom equipment for a failsafe system. Should
also have adequate knowledge of call centre operations
vis-a-vis hardware and softwares also.

Should also have bandwidth management experience /
knowledge and ability to tie up with service providers
for the best deals. Familiarity with voice compression
algorithms is also a necessity along with an
understanding of protocols.

Salary will be commensurate with the best in the
industry.
