Help reg lpr.

hi *
	$lpr results in error msg :
		lpr: cannot create /var/spool/lpd/lp/.seq

	Any one has any clue whats wrong and how to correct it.  The lpr
works find if i am root.  /var/spool/lpd is owned by root and daemon
group. /var/spool/lpd/lp is owned by root and group lp.
