technically and ethically, yes, linux is better. but when it comes to the 
ease-of-use factor, i think windows has the upper hand. this is my own 
experience. the ordinary user has a lot of trouble installing software, 
among other things. in windows you download something, doubleclick it and 
install it, it's that simple. surely Linux app developers can do this, cant 
they? or may they dont want linux to be that easy?
