Dial-in Server Error

Hi,
I have installed Redhat and configured for remote dial in on ttyS1 (com2),
when i tryed to connect, its gets terminated after initial modem hand
shaking. The log file details of /var/log/mgetty.log.ttyS1 is as follows.
Can any say where I am making the mistake.
