Folks,

check out the list of mirrors
in the Linux Documentaton Project all
over the world -

China has 6 mirrors !  Not a single one in India
is listed.

Why not have set up local mirrors for the
LDP in India ?

Could the each of the individual LIGs take
this up please ? This is mostly useful text
files, which are very low bandwidth.
