A few lines in /var/qmail/controls/ ( is that the standard qmail path ?)files can easily change the way qmail works. It's *very* easy. I really dont
know the sendmail.cf syntax, and may be in near future i'll make an effort to
understand it. But @ the first glance, qmail wins.

Am i missing something ? I use procmail and qmail. add procmail to
/var/qmail/rc and start up qmail-send, u have an MDA. of course, procmail
being what it is, it is imporssible to restrict it to a specific function . it
is *too* flexible. If u dont want procmail, but wanna use binmail, even that is
supported. if u dont want that, and u need an Mailbox format, that is also
supported. if u want maildir, that is also supported. i just dont get the idea
of a "specialised program" when u have all the flexiblity that u need. And all
the configurations are simply scripts. u dont need an external 'specialised'
program.

I agree . what difference does it make when u have 40 G disks nowadyas.
but if u want ot know, the size fo the directory where i compiled it is 1.2 M
after compilations. I dont know abot anything else. and it also includes the
docs. size is not a matter at all.

haven't worked on it. have downloaded it, but waiting for a chance to
chuck out qmail, but i've never had the opportunity to do it.
