here -- as usual!

I haven't seen you around for a while. I guess it's typical that you'd crawl out
from whichever rock you were hiding under only to heap abuse on others.

You are entitled to your opinion. However, I think a bit of courtesy is
required. You and I have disagreed before, but I think you will admit that I was
always completely civil in my statements. So return the favour and insult me
politely. ;-)

I think I am entitled to that much at least.
