Mount fat32 in Redhat 6.2 & AC'97 sound card

My hard disk is 20G

hda1 5G  fat32        C:
hda5 10G  fat32      D:
hda6 3.5G fat32      E:
hda7 1.2G Linux Ext
hda8 100M Linux swap
But I can't mount the fat32 partitions, why?

I installed linux in extended logic partion, so I can't boot from lilo, I
have to start linux from dos, how to install lilo?

BTW , how to setup the sound card on board, my mainboard is Epox 8KTA2,
southbridge is Via 686B
