Re: originality in linux
I'm not talking about the /proc/pid/*, I'm talking about other stuff
which basically is sysctls put into a dir. structure. its easier to
write:
# echo foobar > /proc/foo/bar
than
# sysctl kern.foo.bar=foobar
on second thoughts, both look alike, but as I said, it's a wee bit on
the l33t side.. ;> I do agree that a 'sysctl -a' makes more sense than a
'ls -lR /proc'. heh
