RedHat appears to be seriously under the influence of composers like
Strauss - all their releases are in the Waltz (3/4) beat - you know,
1-2-3, 1-2-3....
4.0-4.1-4.2, 5.0-5.1-5.2, 6.0-6.1-6.2, 7.0....
