Agree that our viewpoints are far apart and there is not much to be
achieved by continuing the thread. A couple of observations before I end:

(a) I don't feel the same "revulsion" about your viewpoint that you feel
    about mine.
(b) I never said profit motive is "paramount". That was your creation.
(c) If you find that "profit motive" is causing you revulsion, you're living
    in the wrong country.

For the record, my position is that profit motive and open source are not
mutually exclusive and forcing them to be exclusive by tools like GPL is
only going to hurt the consumer of open source in the long run.
