Linux Training in DELHI by Govt of INDIA

I am SCO Unix User since 12 years and using Linux on my own since
2-3 years (Oracle database on Linux 6.2). Now I would like to implement
Linux in the Organisation for which I am working. But before this I
would like to update myself on Network & Security.

I came to know that Electronics Research & Development Centre of INDIA
(ER & DCI), Ministry of IT based at NOIDA is going to conduct a course on
this subject (One week full time course worth 10K). Primarily, I have to
implement INTRANET/ INTERNET mailing , Proxy etc.

Can somebody on this list guide me  whether I should joinn ER & DCI Training
on SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR & SECURITY ?. They have good faculty ?....
