file I/O in kernel module

hi
   i read all ans for mail "linux kernel module programming"
 
i am includin __KERNEL__ on top just after #define MODULE

can ne 1 tell me how can i read contents of a file in a kernel module?
like i need to read /usr/local/etc/someconfig and then parse its contents and put them in a link list
