Graphical Telnet Client

Hi ,
  I generally work on linux by telneting a server thru
windows.
  Consequently i have to work on the command prompt
only.
  Are there any Graphical Telnet clients so that we
can work
  in a graphical environment with KDE and GNOME and
the like?
  It wud be cool working on Windows with a Linux like
Graphical Interface.
