Re: mounting Audio CD's

Hi ppl,

Rakesh thanx. What i wanted to ask was, when i use "mount /mnt/cdrom"
i get
"wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/cdrom, or too many
mounted file systems".

Why is it so.

To elaborate. U insert an audio cd in cli. U can use 'cdparanoia -B "-1" '
and start ripping cd's. Okay.
Now i want to know how does Linux come to know there is a CD in the drive
when U haven't mounted it.

I guess that makes it clear enough.

Thanx

A LinuX AdmireR
