ISDN modems that emulate a standard UART are supported
manish there is a hardware howto avaliable
which will tell you which h/w are supported 
not just modems but whole lot of other stuff
if can find it in /usr/doc/HOWTO/
if not try searchin for Hardware-HOWTO.
