Re: Apache error !



It is not a DNS problem. It is a routing problem.

As you said that your provider moved their backbones, it is quite possible
that the routing tables are not fully functionaly yet. What is happening id
that that

    + sometimes traffic is still being forwarded to your old backbone
provided, who promptly refuses to service it. These are the times you cannot
access the page.
    + sometimes traffic is forwarded to correct route. In this case, you are
able to access the site.

    This is the same reason why "traceroute" is confused.

    It works from US probably because UUNet also services USA and they have
their routing tables OK.
