chennailug.org: online voting

hi all,
	Now we have an online voting facility at chennailug.org/phpised/ No. It is
	not fool proof and one can easily keep voting to increase their desired
	votes! and thats why they're not at /

	The pages are available at:

	Thanks to Srinivasan. He has sent me some voting script (from php.net?). 
	Soon this will be updated and if found stable will be brought into the home
	page.
