The basic syntax flows like so -
    mutt -s "merry Xmas" santa@xxxxxxxxxxxxx < hohoho

note: the order of cmd line options is important!

Mutt also reads your .muttrc for more details, so you don't have to worry
about reply-to, etc headers.
