There are a number of virus-scanning frameworks that will do this.  I.e.
they put in place the framework to put in a virus-scanner, and they let you
arbitrarily scan the message and headers.

Take a look at freshmeat, I believe that some or all of the stuff at this
page:

offers you this (at least scan4virus does, so I suspect the others do as
well).
