ssh problem

hai luggies,when i try to ssh from linux box  to symonds.net i get the 
following error message.But I am not getting any error messages when i try to 
connect to symonds.net using Windows putty
warning: Authentication failed.
Disconnected; no more authentication methods available (No further 
authentication methods available.).
