Re: What is original idea/concept in Linux



I need more explanation. 

 In the last decade, IBM
came out with a sound card/modem combination 
for PC's using TI DSP chipset; WIN 95 supported
this interface card  for both sound and dial-up
networking. In the late 70s there was a demo
at S-100 bus computer show at Philly which
demonstrated sound and 110bps modem capability.
The software ran under CP/M.
