Are you using ip forwarding and is the module for ftp loaded. With
masquarading and ip forwarding turned on, it is possible to use normal
ftp. (Normally ftp requires two connections, one for control and another
for data and the data connection is started from the other end and so
normally if you are behind a firewall, you can't use ftp, but ofcourse you
can use passive mode of ftp).
