The main idea of having an noted organisation that is legally registed is
to raise funds for EVENTS. This would be a non-profit organisation and NO
money would be saved for further use. The money would be made and then
used for the event. 

As for the present IT.com ilugb is the representative and that would have
to register as a organisation immediately. This event IT.com is an event
for the whole ILUG. 

The problem lies in that if there has to be any sponsor there should be an
organisation to which the funds are being given ( auditing etc fundaes...)
So there should definitely be one organisation and here it is. Composition
of the forming body is being discussed. 


There was a small argument about giving  publicity to ilugc.
