Please give this input to your ilug-c representative Prabhu.  all input
should come in through Prabhu.

Also, we have to figure out what the legal requirements for the naming
are.  After all, we are thinking of creating a non-profit body and there
seems to be 2 types of these that the indian legal system allows.
