 those who missed TamilInaiyam 2000 conference held during 22nd to 24th
July 2000 at Singapore, here are the papers on-line

Dear Friends:

PDF (portable document format) version of technical papers presented 
at the last Tamil Internet 2000 conference is now available to the 
general public through the conference website <www.tamilinaiyam2000.org>.  
Please visit
      http://www.tamilinaiyam2000.org/conference_hub.html
and click on the appropriate "download" button to download the paper(s)
you are interested.  

These pdf files were produced at very short notice from the author's 
electronic version of their papers to produce the conference book. 
We did not have time to carefully proof-read the files to correct typos 
and other errors. Our apologies on this. We will try to proof-read these 
files and implement corrections as soon as possible. 
Your input, assistance in this will be greatly appreciated. Feel free 
to send in your comments via private email addressed to me.

Free Acrobat Readers to view the pdf files are available for nearly 
all computer platforms (Win, Mac, Unix) and you can download them from 
the Adobe website <www.adobe.com>.
