Kernel 2.2.15 is out :>

[19:18:02] [zeus.kernel.org]
[19:18:02]
[19:18:02] The latest stable version of the Linux kernel is: 2.2.15
[19:18:02] The latest beta version of the Linux kernel is: 2.3.99-pre6
[19:18:02] The latest prepatch (alpha) version *appears* to be: 2.3.99/7-4

	2.2.15 got released! :>
Any of you guys using this? Or have it on CD or something? I
think I'm gonna try it out.I'm presently on 2.3.45 ... 2.3.44 dies on
me, and 2.3.99-* goes more and more unstable and unsupportive... And
further to my ppp problems on my woody box, I had to recompile 2.3.44,
patched to 2.3.45 ... and then download the latest debs for ppp-2.3.11
.. and the thing -finally- worked. Actually, it -initially-
didn't.. because the latest ppp package messes up your
/etc/ppp/options ... and well, after battling with 3 kernel-compiles +
RTFM'ing ... I -finally- managed to get this box back online, which
means nice looking WindowMaker, 1024x840 at 16 bpp with
VM/XEmacs... <<major happiness>>

Guess I'm not -desparate- for the potato cds now <grin>
