Re: partitioning

I found this program in www.freshmeat.net

GNU parted 1.0.13
Andrew Clausen - April 08th 2000, 23:13 EST
GNU parted allows you to create, destroy, resize and copy partitions. It currently supports ext2 and FAT (FAT16 and FAT32) filesystems and Linux swap devices, and MS-DOS disk labels. This is useful for creating space for new operating systems, reorganising disk usage, copying data between hard disks, and disk imaging.

Changes: Fixes to severe bugs (see 1.0.13-pre1 announcement) suitable for general consumption. Everyone should upgrade.

I have not tried it, use it at your own risk.
