regarding ^To address and ^cc

hi
if anyone send email to our inbox like (e.g. To: abcd@xxxxxxxxxxxxx,
efgh@xxxxxxxxxxxxx 
Cc: igkl@xxxxxxxxxxxxx, xxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxx) all the mail are coming only
in one inbox it is not delivering to all the other boxes. what will be the
problem. Do i need to change anything in the .procmailrc
Please quickly help me on this
