The VPN/PPTP docs say that in 2.2.X, if the kernel patch is applied,
multiple clients can connect and the CONFIG_MASQUERADE_PPTP_MULTICLIENT
options is obselete, and only CONFIG_IP_MASQUERADE_PPTP will take care of
