problem with mail server

Hi

  Everybody,ive got a strange problem with my mail server,im running a
server like www.bos4.com,and ive added users for that server, added
address,ptr and etc entries ,i could ping the site with www.bos4.com 
and all mails to that site are getting bounced,and the rest of the sites
are working fine in that server,i couldnt get what could be problem.

I couldnt ping the site by bos4.com but www.bos4.com is pinging,the rest
of the sites which are accepting mails are pinging by domain name,but its
not happening in this case.
Please try out and guess what could be the prob......???????
