how to add another user..so that i can be safe with root login

i have dumped some of the books here...

Username: ilugc
Password: ernet
Folder: Books

So far I have dumped the following books (all latest editions):

Maximum RPM, Linux Configuration and Installation, Slackware Unleashed and
Red Hat Linux Unleashed.

Please do not change the password or delete any files there :)

I would be dumping more books on different topics whenever I find time and
have a fast link :) So keep checking........
