Is vsnl chennai mail server blacklisted...

Greetings to one and all...

Hearing a lot of spam through indian servers and thereby resulting in
blacklisting of servers...

Just want to know if vsnl server has been blacklisted by iname servers. This
address is a forwarding service and is forwarded to me. A mail sent to me by
GT Enterprises came to me but i test message i sent was returned.

Apologies if this is not the place to post this - i did this because i am
not sure and worried...
about vsnl, chennai locked out of many places in the net.
