Internet access.

Hi all,

	I finally got my machine to connect to the net. I think the
problem was ppp was not compiled into the kernel. I read this at the linux
faq section at chn.vsnl.net.in. Then how did root manage to connect?

My next problem: I am not able to browse.
	 Message: Unable to locate server.
But I have given md4.vsnl.net.in's IP address in the DNS entry
field in kppp. As usual root has no problem. 

My resolv.conf is empty.

search
