Need help for printer Configuration

Hi 

        I have a HP 2100 M Printer. It is connected to a RH 5.2 server.
When I try Printing from the local machine it prints fine. But when I print
from a remote  machine it says it has queed but nothing is cominig out at the
other end. Can any one Explain me How to Configure Remote Printer in the client
and What should I do at the server side where I have the actual Printer.(All
clients are RedHat 5.2).  The eror message is Jobs queud but can not start
deamon and when I checked the status it says it is waiting for the connection
to que to the server where the remote printer is located. It actually asks for
two details

1 Remote host which I could give corectly

2 Remote Queue  WHAT EXACTLY IS THIS and SHOULD WE HAVE TO

SHARE(Export) ANY THING IN THE SERVERSIDE. If yes let me know.
