By doing the whois search you can get the details (Country / Organisation)
of the owner of the ip.

ex:

$whois 164.100.53.7@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
or
$whois 164.100.53.7@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
or
$whois 164.100.53.7@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
