Regarding meeting

Well, I apologise for the lateness of the formal announcement.  But
even though I had not made a formal announcement I definitely
mentioned (on the ilugc list) on the 20th (well, technically the 20th
but closer to 21st since the mail was sent at 23:40 on 20th) of April,
that we meet on the 24th.  This *was* a three to four day advance! :)
