asking for some makefile etc ( as moc cant be run directly )

i dont have kdevelop on my RH6.2 m/c and its rpm is not getting installed
giving error  as  

only packages with number <=3 are supported by this version of RPM

i am using RH 7.0 Cd for rpm..

what should be done...
