It is genuine spam.  It got through to the LIG and LIP lists.  The LIG
list is open to anyone.  But the LIP list is postable only by
subscribers.  This particular spam got through to the LIP list because
I, by mistake, approved the bouced spam without paying attention to it. 
And I have a valid excuse.  I'm working remotely on maintaining the
lists from London.
